Please use this online self-reservation system if you’d like to reserve your seating.  


  • Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes, after which time we will release those seats to be used by another guest.
  • This reservation system is for reserving seatings on Thursdays, Fridays,  Saturdays, and Sundays.  The last reservation time is 2 hours prior to closing, after which we only take walk-in customers.  Our last seating time is 30 minutes prior to closing (last call).

  • Does my reservation include a tasting?
    • Your reservation holds a table, and when you arrive you will be given a required verbal tour, introducing our distillery to you and your guests.  You will then have the option to pay $10 per person to participate in a walking tour, which is accompanied by a small tasting of our unaged rum, one of our flavored rums, and our aged rum.  The tasting is included with the paid tour, but the paid tour is optional.
  • Does my reservation include cocktails?
    • Your reservation holds a table, and when you arrive you will be given a required verbal tour, introducing our distillery to you and your guests.  Once you have participated in the verbal tour, you will be able to purchase cocktails to enjoy.
  • Do you sell food, or can I bring food with me?
    • By state regulation, we are not allowed to sell food.  You may bring food with you, to enjoy at your table. Please note, table top space is limited. We also have some menus for local eating establishments within walking distance, and for restaurants that deliver.
  • How can I purchase a To-Go Cocktail?
    • Most of our cocktails are available To-Go, but you must order To-Go cocktails in person.  Please keep in mind that our To-Go cocktails are not made until they are ordered, so there will be a brief wait before the cocktails are ready.
  • What if I want to make a reservation for more than 8 people?
    • There is limited availability for seating a party of more than 8.  Please contact us at  In many cases, we may be able to accommodate slightly larger parties by having you create two reservations, which we will then merge.
  • How do I make a reservation for a private party?
    • If you are interested in hosting a private event at our distillery, we can provide you with the current rental rates and regulations.  You may email us with a request.  Please include your name, your phone number, the number in your party, and the type of event.  Please note that our tasting room can accommodate 15 guests, and our premises can accommodate 45 guests.
  • Do you have outdoor seating?
    • Weather permitting, we do have limited availability for outdoor seating.  
  • Do I really need to make a reservation?
    • Reservations are not required, but are available if desired.
  • Can I call to make or change my reservation?
    • We do not take reservations over the phone, but appreciate a call if you are running late.
  • Are children allowed in the distillery?
  • Well-behaved children are allowed to come to the distillery, and are expected to stay with their adults at all times.  If your children become disruptive to other guests, your group will be requested to close your tab and visit again another time when you can have a more relaxing experience.
  • Are pets allowed in the distillery?
    • We are unable to allow animals into our facility.  We do not allow pets in our outdoor seating area at this time.
